The Indian’s Dilemma

Paleo and Sri Lankan food totally don’t mix. I foresee a lot of trouble sticking to the diet on weekends (although I try my best) when I visit my parents (I don’t usually eat Sri Lankan food during the week). I know at least four people with the same problem, who can’t seem to eat paleo at all. This is why. Got to the gym at 7:00. Haaaard workout. Will probably scale things down more next time.

Workout:
Got to the gym at 7:00. Finished about 15 minutes before iftar. Felt good throughout the workout.

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 20 minutes of:
15 pull-ups
30 sit-ups
45 double-unders
