Sleep last night:
6 hours total (4 hours at night, 2 hours during the day)

Workout:
Got to the gym at 7:00. Finished about 15 minutes before iftar. Felt good throughout the workout.

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 20 minutes of:
15 pull-ups
30 sit-ups
45 double-unders
[Finished 3 rounds (plus 15 pull-ups and 20 sit-ups). Used the thick purple and thin black resistance bands for pull-ups.]

Suhoor:

  • 3 egg plain omelette with 4 strips of chicken bacon
  • 3/4 tbsp virgin coconut oil
  • 1 cup baby coconut water (mmm)
  • 1 tsp fish oil + multivitamin + 1 tsp black seed oil

Iftar:

  • 3 dates
  • A glass of whole milk (~ 2 cups)
  • A beef roll (wrapped in a paratha)
  • 3/4 of a double beef burger (I started eating the bun, but it made the burger taste disgusting so I ended up not eating the bun)
  • 3 chicken strips
  • 1 tsp fish oil + multivitamin

Umm… yeah. So tonight was supposed to be a total cheat night. I was going to go to Demetre’s and have ice creamy desserts, but it was getting late and that dinner was so disgusting it completely turned me off of dessert. Seriously, when did buns become so disgusting to eat… The paratha was thin enough that I could mostly ignore it (like a tortilla), but the burger just tastes so much better when you get rid of that bun. What the heck is the point of that thing??
