Day 9

Sleep last night:
11 hours total (11 hours at night, 0 hours during the day) — I didn’t think it was possible for me to sleep for 11 hours straight…

Workout:
Rest day

Breakfast:

  • Nothing. Slept in.

Lunch:

  • 1 cup of tea with milk
  • Apple tuna salad with 1 cup broccoli
  • Butter chicken with okra and a tiny handful of rice (to appease the parents)
  • 1 tsp fish oil + 1 tsp black seed oil + multivitamin

Dinner:

  • Butter chicken
  • 1 cup of strawberry yogurt
  • 1 cup of tea with milk
  • Apple tuna salad with 1 cup of broccoli
  • 1 tsp fish oil + multivitamin

I miss raw broccoli; all I have now is frozen.

    You must have really needed sleep.

    Breakfast, some ground beef with keraila, green tea
    macadamia nuts

    workout:

    weighted pull up one rep max (used a vest)

    Chest To Bar kipping
    6.5 lbs, 8.75, 12.75, 17.75, 21.5 (1st try at these)
    strict regular pull ups
    24 lbs, 26, 30(f), 28 (about a 4lb PR from January)

    lunch was late.. 2 beef kabobs with cilantro chutney, macademia nuts

    dinner
    grilled chicken leg quarter
    some pieces of lamb kabob w/ mint chutney
    some grilled veggies
    macadamia nuts
    smoothie with pineapple, mango, strawberries, coconut milk, yogurt
