Sleep last night:
8 hours total (8 hours at night, 0 hours during the day)

Workout:
Rest day

Suhoor:

  • Nothing, slept in.

Iftar:

  • Spaghetti squash with lamb meatballs and tomato sauce
  • 1 cup of peach yogurt
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1 tsp fish oil + multivitamin

    I realized I put the wrong meal down for yesterday ha
    ok the 3 egg omelete was today’s suhoor

    no WOD

    iftar
    2.5 dates
    chicken soup with veggies
    steak
    smoothie with fish oil lol
    1 glass of whole milk

    it was still tough to drink it without feeling weird. I have to finish 1/4 leftover tomorrow at suhoor. need to figure out other options of taking the fish oil, maybe mixing it into a concentrated drink and gulping fast. I am going to see if I notice any difference between taking 2 capsules a day to 4 tsps a day (4-5g total)

    spaghetti squash sounds cool
