Sleep last night:
8 hours total (8 hours at night, 0 hours during the day)

Workout:
Rest day

Suhoor:

  • 3 egg omelette (with 1/2 cup whole milk and onions)
  • 1 tandoori chicken drumstick
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 tsp fish oil + multivitamin

Iftar:

  • 1 date
  • A lot of fried food 😦 2 pakoras, a samosa, and halwa puri
  • A glass of rooh afza
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 2 tandoori chicken drumsticks
  • 2 pieces of honey mustard chicken
  • 2 tsp fish oil + multivitamin

  1. its ok, samosas etc happen once in a while.. for you this is the first time I have seen it listed.

    I found out I lost a few pounds, not sure why I did but thought I would attempt a 1 rep BW bench press. oh well one day

    Iftar
    4 dates (long story)
    salmon
    few lamb pieces
    beef curry thingy (I had 2 servings)
    drumstick
    some rice
    yogurt with fish oil
    some fruit salad
    glass of whole milk
