Sleep:
6 hours

Workout:
Rest day

Breakfast:

  • 1 cup of tea
  • 3 egg omelette

Lunch:

  • 1 cup of tea
  • Baked salmon and salad

Dinner:

  • 2 panzerottis, one with beef pepperoni and extra cheese, one with ground beef and extra cheese
  • A small salad
  • A cup of water with a tea bag in it (I was always hesitant to try this, but it’s actually not bad)

  1. I forgot what I ate but one thing I tried that is good was smoked salmon with cheese spread on it.
    I do remember an omelet with cheese, strawberries…

    What tea did you have with water only? I usually have green tea like that.

    I could have been faster if I didn’t have to fix my hair and hijab. ha. but I got done faster than I thought so maybe my cleans are getting more efficient.
