Starting Strength:
Squat 5/5/5 @ 90 lbs (+5 from Monday) –PR!
Bench 5/5/5 @ 47 lbs (+5 from last Thursday) — PR? I guess I’ve never found my max bench press before, so each week is a PR, but this one felt hard enough that I will consider it a PR 🙂
