Power clean 5/5/5 @ 72 lbs (+5 from last Friday)

Metcon:
10 deadlifts @ 135 lbs (men), 95 lbs (women)
25 ft backwards walking lunge
10 push-ups
25 ft walking lunge
AMRAP in 20 minutes
[6 rounds (plus 10 deadlifts). RX’d! I am loving this RX’d business.]
