Starting Strength:
Power clean 5/1/3/3/3 @ 77 lbs (+5 from last Friday) — PR

So I found out that I’m supposed to do 5 sets of 3, not 3 sets of 5 for power cleans haha. Oh well! After the power cleans I did 2 strict pull-ups in a row (pull-up grip)! Skipped the negatives and metcon today because I was really sleepy. Looking forward to resting on the weekend and back to the 100 lb squats on Monday. 🙂

  1. congrats on the PRs.. the starting strength is working well for you

    I took one week off and finally worked out today. it was not as horrid as I thought it would be.

    I am also looking forward to you getting some more sleep.
