After reading some of my workout logs, you may be asking yourself, “what the heck is a sumo deadlift high-pull?” This page will contain a list of every single exercise I’ve ever logged, with a link to a video or website, and maybe one day a brief description (no guarantees on the videos since I’m just linking to videos found on YouTube, and their respective owners might be take them down at any moment).

You can find a lot of the same videos at the CrossFit Exercise Library, as well as videos for other exercises that I haven’t listed here.
